We understand that costs can be a concern for you and that is why we offer a variety of funding options tailored to your needs. For residential property transactions we usually offer a fixed fee price, which is determined on the value of the property and the complexity of the transaction.

Our fee will be agreed before we commence acting for you to give you the opportunity to decide whether or not you wish to proceed. In the event that unforeseen additional work is required, please be assured that no additional costs will be incurred without your agreement.

Agricultural and commercial property fees are usually based upon an hourly rate which will be discussed and agreed at the outset. Instalment plans and cost caps can be agreed to assist with budgeting.
